Terms of use

Version 2026-11-02.1

The System and its information are confidential. Your account is personal, it can only be used from authorized devices, and every operation is recorded.

1. Ownership of the system and of the information

The computer system, including its source code, design, screens, databases and documentation (hereinafter, "the System"), is the exclusive property of DM Web (hereinafter, "the Holder").

The Holder grants Portillo (hereinafter, "the Company") a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence of use, limited to the operation of its own business. This licence does not transfer to the Company or to its users any right of ownership over the System.

The information recorded in the System (clients, loans, payments, collateral, photos and the rest of the business data) is the property of the Company.

2. Acceptance

By ticking the acceptance box, the user declares to have read, understood and fully accepted these terms. The System keeps a record of the acceptance with the date, the time, the IP address, the device used and the version accepted.

Whoever does not agree with these terms may not use the System.

3. User account

The user account is personal and non-transferable. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their password and for every operation made with their account.

It is forbidden to lend, share or hand over the account, or to sign in with the account of another person.

If the user suspects that somebody else knows their password, they must tell their superior at once so that it is changed.

4. Authorized devices

The System can only be used from devices (phones or computers) previously authorized by the Company. Every sign-in from a new device is subject to approval.

The Company may revoke the authorization of a device at any time, which immediately closes any session open on it.

The user must report without delay the loss, theft or replacement of any authorized device.

5. Confidentiality of the information

The data of the clients, including names, identity documents, addresses, phone numbers, locations, collateral, photos, balances and payments, is confidential and may only be used for the tasks assigned by the Company.

It is forbidden to copy, photograph, capture, export, disclose or pass that information to third parties, or to use it for the benefit of the user or of another business.

The duty of confidentiality continues after the working or commercial relationship with the Company has ended.

6. Intellectual property

It is forbidden to copy, reproduce, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, sell, rent, sublicense or make available to third parties the System or any part of it, or to use it as a model to develop another one that is the same or similar, without the written authorization of the Holder.

The System is protected by U.S. copyright law and by the international treaties on copyright.

7. Record of activity

The System records the operations carried out, the user who makes them, the date and time, the device and the IP address from which it is used and, when it applies, the location where a payment was recorded.

That information is used for the security of the System and the control of the operations, and may be presented as evidence.

8. Breach

A breach of these terms entitles the Company to suspend or cancel the access of the user at once, without prejudice to the labour, civil or criminal actions that may apply.

9. Changes and applicable law

These terms may be changed. Every new version must be accepted before continuing to use the System.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America and of the state where the Company operates.
